Key Responsibilities

• Get started in this trade by working hands-on with experienced Journeymen and field leaders.
• Aid in laying out, assembling, installing, and servicing fire sprinkler systems in commercial buildings.
• Learn to read blueprints, interpret basic designs, and follow detailed installation instructions.
• Use hand tools and equipment safely and correctly.
• Represent Encore professionally while interacting with customers and jobsite personnel.
• Follow all company safety procedures, jobsite rules, and installation standards.
• Work independently and as part of a team to maintain productivity and job quality.

What You Bring To The Table

• A high school diploma or GED.
• Mechanical aptitude and willingness to learn new skills.
• Ability to take direction and work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to work at heights and lift at least 50 pounds.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation with willingness to travel within assigned territory.
• Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check.
• Interest in the construction, sprinkler, or fire protection industry.

What Will Make You Stand Out?

• Formal trade school experience in plumbing, pipefitting, or mechanical trades.
• Experience working in a high-volume construction environment.
• Exposure to fire protection systems through previous work or coursework.
