- Manage and enhance the Services provided by NEOGOV, including but not limited to Governmentjobs.com, NEOED.com, and PowerDMS.com.
- Analyze data trends to improve user experience and operational efficiency.
- Maintain and implement security measures to protect user data and prevent fraudulent activities.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless integration and functionality of the Services.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- At least 3 years of experience in software development or IT management.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with data analysis tools and techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Java, Python, or JavaScript.
- Knowledge of web development frameworks like React, Angular, or Vue.js.
