Technical Advisor

About the role

The Technical Advisor is a field professional in turbomachinery required to travel worldwide to customer site locations providing technical direction and trouble-shooting on various mechanical, controls, electro hydraulics systems, equipment installation, and maintenance. Must adhere to company established policies, procedures, standards and overall safety / quality at the job site. Administrative functions required by company and customer including use of computers / software.

Requirements

• Possess a minimum of high school diploma.
• Subject matter expert on project assigned.
• Minimum of 8 years experience on maintenance or installation rotating equipment.
• Able to read and implement mechanical drawings.
• Able to read and interpret technical drawings/documentation.
• Maintain a valid driver’s license, passport and ability to travel.
• Progression Chart criteria achieved based on position &/or craft type.
• Mets any / all site and customer specific requirements.
• Fully on-boarded through resource program.
