About the Role
A Fire & Security Technician skilled in programming, calibrating, inspecting, testing, and maintaining access control systems, CCTV, burglar alarms, and fire alarm installations within commercial properties.
Responsibilities
- Configure, program, and check out security installations.
- Interpret access control and fire alarm wiring diagrams and follow best practices.
- Maintain and troubleshoot Access Control, CCTV, Burglar Alarm, and Fire Alarm systems.
Requirements
- 1 year of experience with AccessXpert, Pelco, Axis, VideoXpert, Security Expert, DMP, Notifier, or Andover Continuum systems.
- Strong Ethernet networking skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
- Basic low voltage electrical testing skills.
- FASA/BASA Certification.
- Valid Driver’s License with ability to travel extensively.
