Fire Science Adjunct Instructor

About the role

The Fire Science department is seeking a positive, supportive, and dynamic Fire Science Instructor to teach a diverse community of learners. Preference will be given to candidates who are committed to student success, equity, inclusion and the use of the classroom experiences to enhance workplace understanding and performance.

Responsibilities

• Teach a full range of fire science coursework offered in the program
• May include day, evening and/or weekend classes
• Will involve travel to other campuses

Qualifications

• Associate's degree in the discipline or related discipline
• Current relevant industry certification
• 2 years of full-time related occupational experience

Pay

$580 per Equivalent Credit Hours (ECH)
