About the role
Inspect fire protection systems to ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations.
Responsibilities
- Inspect fire suppression systems, sprinkler systems, and other fire protection equipment in various buildings and facilities.
- Document findings and report any non-compliance issues to appropriate parties.
- Ensure all inspections are conducted in accordance with established safety protocols and standards.
- Communicate with building owners, managers, and contractors regarding inspection results and necessary corrective actions.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Fire Protection Engineering, Safety Science, or related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in fire protection systems inspection.
- Knowledge of NFPA codes and standards.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Valid driver’s license and access to reliable transportation.
Qualifications
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
Skills
- Knowledge of fire protection systems and equipment.
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Basic knowledge of electrical systems and plumbing.
- Computer literacy, including proficiency in using software for data management and reporting.

Pay
$50,000 - $60,000 annually.
Schedule
Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM.
