for sections: About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. Only include sections if posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description.
We have sections: "Why Join Our Team?" (intro) maybe not needed. "Benefits" present. "Position Summary" maybe "About the role". "Essential Job Duties And Responsibilities" -> Responsibilities. "Job Qualifications" -> Qualifications/Requirements/Skills. There's also "Work Environment & Physical Demands" maybe part of Requirements? Could be separate but not required heading. We can include under Requirements or Qualifications.
We need to avoid duplicate headings. Use for each section.
We need to use - for any list of duties/requirements/benefits. Use
for prose.
We must not repeat job title as heading. No Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate: EEO, etc. Also remove "Stay up to date with Vallen, and follow us on LinkedIn, Facebook and Twitter." That's social media, maybe considered boilerplate? It's not essential; we can drop.
We need to preserve all substantive information.
Let's extract content:
Intro: "Why Join Our Team? At Vallen, we embrace what makes us unique. We thrive on the diversity of our associates and the different ways each of us contributes to Vallen’s success. We pride ourselves on being an inclusive company that values the growth of our associates. When you join Vallen, you become part of our winning team. Our vast network of connections is here to help you transform your job into a career. Vallen is an industry leader in delivering flexible supply chain solutions while creating value for our customers, our supply partners, and our associates."
That's prose about company; could be "About the role" or maybe "About the company". But we have heading "About the role". We'll put that prose there.
Benefits: list many items. We'll create

with - each.
Position Summary: "Put your maintenance and repair skills to good use at Vallen as an Onsite Technician II focused on Life Safety Services in the Vallen Safety Services Group. That's prose; could be part of About the role or separate. We'll include under About the role maybe after intro.
Responsibilities: list of duties. We'll create

Qualifications/Requirements/Skills: The posting has "Job Qualifications" with many bullet-like items separated by line breaks. We need to decide how to split into sections: Qualifications, Requirements, Skills. The instruction says use headings for those if there is real specific content. We can combine into one section maybe "Qualifications". But we have three possible headings; we should only emit those with content. Could split: Qualifications (education/certifications), Requirements (experience, licenses), Skills (communication, mechanical). However we need to avoid thin sections. Better to have one "Qualifications" heading containing all qualification-related content. But we have also "Skills" maybe separate. Let's see content:
Job Qualifications:

Then "Work Environment & Physical Demands": list of physical demands.
We could treat "Work Environment & Physical Demands" as part of Requirements or Qualifications. Could create a separate heading "Work Environment" but not in allowed list. So we incorporate into Requirements or Qualifications.
We have no explicit Pay or Schedule info. So we should NOT create those sections.
Thus sections: About the role (intro + position summary), Responsibilities, Qualifications (including job qualifications and work environment), Benefits.
