We need to output HTML fragment with sections: h3 headings for sections present with real content. Must not repeat job title. Must not include Job ID etc. Remove boilerplate like EEO, legal, etc. Must preserve all substantive info. Must not include sections with filler like "commensurate with experience". Must include only sections where posting has real specific content. We need to parse the job description. Sections present: Job Summary (but we shouldn't repeat job title; maybe we can have a short paragraph summarizing? The job summary is basically the purpose. Could be a

under maybe no heading? The instruction: use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). So we can map content to these headings. We have: Job Summary / purpose: "The purpose of the Fire Life Safety Sales Executive position is to prospect and develop new customers." That's like About the role. Then Essential Job Duties: list of duties. That's Responsibilities. Qualifications: includes Education, Training, Certifications; Experience, Knowledge, Skill Requirements; Other Qualifications; Physical & Work Environment Requirements. Could map to Requirements or Qualifications. Probably use "Qualifications" heading for education/experience/skills. Could also have "Skills" but we can combine. Benefits: present with list. About Us: could be "About the role"? Actually About Us is company description; could be "About the role"? Not exactly. Could be "About the role" is about the position; but we already used that for purpose. Maybe we can have "About the company" but not in allowed headings list. The allowed headings list includes About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule. We should stick to those. So we can put company description under "About the role"? Might be okay. Or we could omit About Us if not matching headings; but we need to preserve all substantive information. Could incorporate into a

without heading? The instruction: Use

for section headings (e.g. About the role, Responsibilities, Requirements, Qualifications, Skills, Benefits, Pay, Schedule). It doesn't forbid other headings, but says use those for section headings. Probably we should map to those headings; any other content can be in

without heading? Safer to include only those headings if we have content. For About Us, we could put under "About the role" as a description of the company? Might be stretching. Alternatively, we could create a section "About the role" containing both purpose and company overview. That seems acceptable. Responsibilities: Essential Job Duties. Qualifications: Education, Experience, Skills, Other Qualifications, Physical & Work Environment. Skills: maybe separate but we can include under Qualifications. Benefits: present. Pay: not mentioned, so omit. Schedule: not mentioned, omit. We must not include filler like "commensurate with experience". Not present. We must remove boilerplate: EEO statements, equal opportunity, etc. Also remove "We are fully committed to equal opportunities..." and later EEO statements. Also remove "While this job description is intended..." etc. Also remove "About Us" maybe we keep as part of About the role. Also remove "Summit Fire & Security participates in E-Verify & in alignment..." etc. That's EEO/boilerplate; remove. Also remove "Our Core Values PIPE" maybe keep? It's substantive about company values; could be included under About the role? Might be okay. We need to preserve all substantive information: job purpose, duties, qualifications, benefits, company description, core values. Let's extract substantive content: Job Summary / purpose: - The purpose of the Fire Life Safety Sales Executive position is to prospect and develop new customers. - Customer development to include upselling and multi-line development of services, providing and negotiating pricing for inspection contracts. - ISRs will work closely with the Regional Sales Manager, Service Manager and Service Operations Staff to ensure customer satisfaction. - This position is a key part of our Service Department Team. containing purpose and maybe company description and core values? Could split: About the role for purpose; About the company maybe not allowed. But we could put company description and core values under About the role as well. Might be okay. Better: Use About the role for purpose and maybe short summary; Use Responsibilities for duties; Use Qualifications for education/experience/skills/other quals/physical; Use Benefits for benefits; maybe also include Core Values under About the role or a separate section? Not in list; could omit but we need to preserve substantive info. Could put under About the role as a paragraph. Let's craft. We'll output:
