Requirements

• Cleaning experience
• High School Diploma/GED
• Driver's license (preferred)
• Ability to lift a minimum of 50 pounds regularly, occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance
• Ability to climb ladders, work at ceiling height, and work in confined spaces
• Ability to sit/stand/walk for extended periods of time
• Ability to repetitively push/pull/lift/carry objects
• Ability to work with and around cleaning products and chemicals
• Ability to travel locally and out of state when necessary

Qualifications

• Ability to comply with security and risk management guidelines
• Ability to communicate effectively with supervisor and other technicians
• Ability to perform cleanup and breakdown at the end of the day or job
