About the role
Responsible for managing the company's social media presence, engaging with customers, and promoting brand awareness through various platforms. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute marketing strategies that align with business goals.
Responsibilities
- Manage and optimize social media accounts across multiple platforms
- Develop and implement social media campaigns to increase engagement and reach
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align social media efforts with broader marketing objectives
- Monitor and analyze social media performance metrics to inform strategy adjustments
- Engage with customers on social media to build relationships and address inquiries
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in social media management or related field
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and best practices
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Qualifications
- Experience with social media management tools such as Hootsuite, Buffer, or Sprout Social
- Knowledge of SEO and content creation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
