Responsibilities
- Plan, organize, and oversee fire alarm installation projects ensuring compliance with all safety and quality standards
- Coordinate with clients, contractors, engineers, and internal teams to facilitate seamless project execution
- Manage project schedules, budgets, procurement, and resource allocation
- Maintain project timelines by monitoring progress and resolving issues promptly
- Ensure compliance with local codes, regulations, and company policies
- Prepare regular progress reports and maintain accurate project documentation
- Lead and motivate project team members to achieve project goals efficiently
Requirements
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in the fire protection or fire alarm systems industry
- Strong knowledge of fire alarm systems, codes, and installation practices
- Excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with strong attention to detail
- Familiarity with project management software and Microsoft Office Suite
- NICET certification in fire alarm systems is preferred
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites as required
