Fire Alarm Install Helper

About the role

Founded in 1984, Firetrol is the national leader in fire protection & life safety services. We are currently seeking a Fire Alarm Helper to join our team of over 1,200 of the best fire protection professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the installation of fire alarm equipment
• Service, repair and maintain fire alarm systems under direct supervision of a licensed Fire Alarm Technician
• Diagnose and evaluate systems that require servicing
• Troubleshoot issues that arise during inspections
• Interact with customers, contractors, vendors and other employees in a respectful, professional manner

Requirements

• Work experience, training or education in the installation, maintenance, inspection and repair of alarm systems or related equipment is preferred but not required. Training will be provided
• Must possess or be willing to obtain any applicable state licenses
• A current Driver's License is preferred
• Must be able to satisfy Government, Federal and Customs background check requirements
