Finishing Technician

Support precision orthopedic implant and instrument manufacturing as an Operations Tech, Finishing. Operate and monitor finishing equipment to perform deburring, polishing, and surface preparation, ensuring parts meet tight medical device specifications. Key duties Follow detailed work instructions and comply with GMP and ISO requirementsVerify parts to medical device tolerances and document resultsMaintain lot traceability and accurate production recordsPerform routine equipment checks and support basic troubleshootingApply 5S practices and participate in continuous improvementCollaborate with quality and production teams to ensure safe, efficient, compliant output Qualifications / Skills Strong attention to detail and ability to work to strict specificationsKnowledge of regulated manufacturing practices (GMP/ISO) and documentation disciplineAbility to operate finishing tools and perform light troubleshootingCommitment to quality, safety, and maintaining a clean, organized work area
