Responsibilities
- Directs the work activities of assigned personnel by assigning duties and measuring results against established standards.
- Plans, prioritizes, schedules and follows up on work to be done in the area.
- Recommends and authorizes the repair and reconditioning of machinery used in the department.
- Recommends new tooling and/or equipment for more efficient operation.
- Coordinates efforts with the Production Supervisor and Manufacturing Manager to ensure timely achievement of shipping requirements.
- Participates in the process of selecting and job placement of department personnel.
- Assures that assigned personnel receive proper training, enabling them to achieve product and quality goals.
- Recommends and takes corrective action to resolve employee and production issues and administers Company policy consistently across the workforce.
- Follow the procedures and rules for health and safety.
- Performs other related duties and responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum of 2 years of leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment.
- Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and foster a safe and productive workplace.
- Self-starter and committed.
- Must be a US Citizen, no sponsorship offered.

Pay
Salary Range: $27-$36 (salary is determined by experience)
