Finishing Spa Lead Trainer

Work Mode: Onsite Location: Kohler, WI

The primary focus is to support the commitment to customer care by efficiently and effectively providing the highest level of service. Must have excellent working knowledge of all services, products and procedures within the spa. Together they will strive to ensure our guest’s comfort and satisfaction. Our goal is to exceed our guests’ expectations every time they visit our spa.

Responsibilities

• Provide the highest level of internal and external customer service set forth by the Kohler Waters Spas and Forbes.
• Uphold consistency in all standards.
• Maintain ongoing communication with fellow associates regarding needs and concerns.
• Present a professional demeanor at all times.
• Meeting and greeting guests with professionalism.
• Maintain cleanliness standards of all areas within the spa including treatment rooms, public areas, and back‑of‑house areas.
• Use proper verbiage at all times.
• Uphold and maintain set uniform and grooming standards.
• Have knowledge of spa services and amenities.
• Know emergency procedures.
• Provide the highest level of technical service and adherence to SOP’s.
• Meet agreed upon retail sales goals by educating guests on at‑home care.
• Maintain continuing education criteria based on State of Wisconsin or Illinois.
• Adhere to policies put in place by Forbes, Kohler Waters Spa and Kohler Co.
• Perform special event treatments at various locations (golf courses, Riverbend, Sports Core, TAC, etc.) and hosted at the spa (e.g., Spaliday).
• Perform any other duties as assigned.

Requirements

• 6+ years' experience in licensed field.
• Oversee all new hire training for technical performance and Forbes standards.
• Participate in spa menu development (research, ideas, drafting SOPs).
• Manage additional projects as assigned by Lead.
• Help manage schedule of associates and in‑house trainings.
• Mandatory attendance at in‑house trainings.
• Act as Lead when Lead is out.
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.

Pay

The hourly range for this position is $15.90 – $23.80 plus tips/gratuity; the specific rate offered depends on experience, education, and work location.
