Finishing/Snagging Operative

Lindum Homes is the Group’s house building division and one of Lincolnshire’s leading house builders producing high end, modern homes for market sale on new build developments in and around Lincoln. Put simply we offer ‘great homes, in great locations’. We are currently seeking a full‑time Finishing/Snagging Operative to assist in the completion of Lindum Homes’ projects within travelling distance of Lincoln.

Responsibilities

• Managing finishes on Lindum Homes
• Touching up decorations
• Mastic and sealant works
• Undertaking snagging lists from build and client inspections
• Customer‑facing duties and post‑completion customer care
• Planning effectively to meet all deadlines
• Being organised and prioritising workload
• Maintaining great attention to detail
• Applying an innovative and proactive approach to problem solving

Requirements

• A valid driving licence (essential)

Qualifications and Skills

• Experience in Joinery (beneficial)
• Working knowledge of all trades
• Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise workload
• Great attention to detail
• Innovative and proactive problem‑solving ability
• Customer care aptitude

Schedule

Full‑time: 7.30 am – 5.00 pm Monday to Thursday, and 7.30 am – 4.30 pm Friday.
