About the role

Ensures all In Process Inspection SOPs and Work Instructions are current and followed, adhering to Quality Assurance standards. Utilizes finishing machines for roll‑label operations, including the tabletop rewind machine and the Rotoflex System for reprint integration, roll slitting, and roll rewinding. Maintains full working knowledge of the label Vision System for set‑up, run monitoring, slitting, and close‑out.

Responsibilities

• Ensure all In Process Inspection SOPs and Work Instructions are current and followed, adhering to Quality Assurance standards.
• Efficiently operate finishing machines for roll‑label finishing operations, including the tabletop rewind machine and Rotoflex System for reprint integration, roll slitting, and roll rewinding.
• Maintain full working knowledge of the label Vision System, including proper machine set‑up, run monitoring, roll slitting (as applicable), and run close‑out.
• Perform Start‑Up & Re‑Start Verifications of computerized runs and Guardian verifications as applicable.
• Conduct 100 % visual inspection of all computerized material, identifying defective labels for rejection.
• Accurately count labels to verify shipping quantities against client requests.
• Execute all activities associated with label reprints, including identification of defective labels, generation of reprint files, and label integration.
• Release inspected materials that meet inspection standards for further processing or shipping.
• Assist with packaging of released finished or computerized materials, such as shrink‑wrapping, generating material ID tags, and boxing of labels.
• Mentor new In Process Inspectors on department practices and policies.
• Perform all activities safely and efficiently.
• Perform other duties as assigned to meet business needs.

3rd Shift: 11:00 pm – 07:30 am (12+ months duration)
