Finishing Operator

About the role

ResourceMFG is hiring for a full‑time finishing operator (day shift) with a printing company in Fenton, MO. This is a performance‑to‑hire position.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain cutting plotters and roll laminators
• Package and perform quality control on completed orders for shipment
• Assist shipping and receiving of all incoming and outgoing packages
• Read work orders to determine instructions and specifications
• Maintain production records (notes, dates, initials, receipts)
• Maintain a clean and orderly work environment, including trash removal, sweeping and general organization
• Take weekly inventory of stock items and materials
• Perform duties such as cutting, mounting, laminating, etc.

Pay

$17.00 per hour

Schedule

8:30 am – 5:00 pm, Monday – Friday
