Requirements
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Ability to read, understand, and apply information from instruction manuals, procedure manuals, and work instructions.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability preferred.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to food packaging safety, quality standards, and continuous improvement.
- Ability to perform all essential job functions with or without reasonable accommodation.

- Operate assigned finishing equipment safely and efficiently.
- Perform machine setup, make-ready activities, and routine preventive maintenance.
- Conduct quality inspections on raw materials and finished products.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment.
- Support food packaging safety, quality, continuous improvement, training, and corrective action initiatives.
- Follow all company policies and procedures.
- Communicate safety or quality concerns to management.
- Assist with additional operational duties as assigned.
