Finishing Coordinator

Responsibilities

• Stages materials and ensures equipment set up is confirmed
• Prepares equipment, materials, schedules, etc., for next shift
• Performs all assigned duties of Level III Formation & Finishing Operator
• Performs performance-based audits
• Maintains production levels and ensures equipment repair and operation
• Provides direction, instructions, and training as needed
• Maintains quality standards and meets all quality assurance documentation standards
• Completes performance metrics, production, and other reports and documentation
• Verifies production into Plex
• Complies with all safety requirements and proper use of PPE

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Two years’ experience in a production environment
• Read, write, and speak English
• Basic math functions (add, subtract, multiply, divide)
• Proficiency in Microsoft software products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and any department specific computer programs
