About the role
The Finisher Foreman is responsible for assigned facets of concrete placement, finishing and curing. Provides direction and supervision to assigned personnel and determines when to delegate or perform the work. May be required to drive Baker vehicles and must comply with Company and DOT regulations. The Finisher Foreman is the lead trainer and motivator for their crew.

- Plans, coordinates, and executes placement of concrete
- Provides direction for crew
- Ensures a safe work environment
- Participates in training/certifications
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent and 5 years related experience and/or training
- Proficient in concrete mix designs and effects of its usage
- ACI Flatwork Finisher Certification
