Responsibilities
- Ensure compliance with H&M safety policies and procedures.
- Assist in the investigation of incidents and claims as required.
- Support the development of methodology, tools, and approaches using fundamentals of H&M Project Management practices.
- Manage assigned crew members and subcontractors, communicating with influence to team members.
- Ensure team goals, roles, protocols, and business relationships align with high-performance requirements and the company’s strategy.
- Lead by example in an environment that fosters trust and candor, maintaining personal accountability and communicating assertively and constructively.
Requirements
- CDL A or B with Tanker Endorsement.
- Experience running tandem axle Hydro-Excavation Equipment.
