Finisher

About the role

Collide, part of the Propelis Group, provides brand activation solutions across print, promo, digital and fabrication, supporting large and small brands around the world from brand creation to implementation. The Finisher is responsible for preparing, painting, and finishing cabinets to achieve high-quality, durable, and visually consistent results.

Responsibilities

• Prepare cabinet surfaces by sanding, cleaning, and filling imperfections
• Apply primers, paints, stains, and sealers using spray equipment or hand tools
• Match colors, stains, and finishes to specifications or customer requirements
• Inspect surfaces between coats and perform touch-ups as needed
• Maintain spray booths, tools, and finishing equipment
• Follow proper drying, curing, and handling procedures
• Follow safety guidelines for handling chemicals, paints, and equipment
• Keep work area clean and organized

Requirements

Associate’s degree or equivalent from two-year college or technical school; or Cabinetry painting experience; Industrial spray finishing experience.

Pay

$24 - $25 per hour. Compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets; pay varies based on defined markets, location, experience, and other job-related factors.

Tuesday - Friday, 6am - 4:30pm
