About the role
At El Car Wash, the finish is everything. As a Finisher you bring the final touch that turns a great wash into a standout experience. You move with purpose, take pride in the details, proactively catch what others miss, and make sure every customer drives away impressed — every single time.

- Obsess over the details – ensure spotless windows, clean interiors, and shining wheels and tires on every car, without exception.
- Catch it and fix it – notice what others miss, flag issues proactively, and protect the brand’s quality standards.
- Create a great customer moment – engage at vehicle hand‑off, confirm satisfaction, and leave a lasting positive impression.
- Move with speed and purpose – work efficiently to keep the flow strong while maintaining quality; speed and standard are not a trade‑off.
- Win as a team – support teammates, jump in where needed, and help deliver a seamless experience each shift.
