You’ll be: Performing finishing techniques such as buffing, polishing, grinding, deburring, and etching on machine productsAchieving proper size and finish by following detailed drawings and quality specificationsConducting routine visual inspections and using basic measuring equipment to ensure high standardsReporting to the Production Supervisor or designated manager This Job Might Be An Outstanding Fit If You Have the ability to read measuring instruments such as micrometers, calipers, scales, and indicators (must have)Can read and understand blueprints (must have)Are able to lift up to 30 lbs., and can sit or stand for extended periods (must have)Are willing to adhere strictly to an attendance policy (no more than 3 instances in the first 6 months)Bring previous experience in medical device manufacturing (preferred, but not required—manager is willing to train)Possess a high school diploma or GED equivalent (must have) What happens next Once you apply, you’ll proceed to next steps if your skills and experience look like a good fit.
