Finisher- 1st Shift

Role Responsibilities

• Supports CANS and other work functions in Plastic Assembly.
• Creates quality products to satisfy our customers' needs.
• Initially inspects products, operates a wide variety of hand tools and power equipment to finish products.
• Must be able to proceed on most job duties with minimal supervision.
• Performs other duties as assigned to fulfill Donaldson’s mission, vision and strategic plan objectives.

Minimum Qualifications

• Follows written and oral instruction.
• Communicates effectively with all plant employees.
• Adequately adheres to safety procedures.
• Performs a variety of tasks throughout the day in a fast-paced work environment.
• Works in a team environment toward a common goal.

Preferred Qualifications

• A combination of education and experience, generally acquired through the attainment of a high school diploma, or equivalent plus a minimum of two years of trade school or qualified work experience.
• Retains knowledge of the department of operation.
• Makes sound decisions & maintains consistent high quality in work habits.
• Exhibits attention to detail.
• Solves problems efficiently and effectively.

Pay

Hourly Rate: $19.60

Actual salaries may vary based on several factors, including but not limited to applicable work experience, training, education, and performance.
