About the role

A leading manufacturer of centrifugal pumps in Naval and Industrial markets offers a Finished Parts position in a dynamic high mix/low volume, lean manufacturing environment. The role involves learning paint, hydro-test, crate, shipping, and receiving processes, and the company follows Lean Manufacturing principles to continually improve the workplace.

Responsibilities

• Learn and perform paint, hydro-test, crate, shipping, and receiving processes.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Successful completion of a job-specific post-offer/pre-employment criminal background check, drug screen, and physical.

Qualifications

• Comfortable working with hand saws, drills, measuring tools, and a computer.
• Previous industrial painting experience is helpful but not required.
• Excellent math skills.
• Strong work ethic.
• Effective communication skills.

Benefits

Pay

Hourly wage starting at $20.43–$29.44 per hour.

Schedule

Candidates must be available to work the 2nd shift following training on the 1st shift; night shift differential applies as noted in benefits.
