Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to promote our products
• Manage projects from design to completion
• Work closely with suppliers and contractors to ensure quality standards are met
• Ensure compliance with local regulations and industry standards

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in construction management, business administration, or related field
• Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in home building or related field
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

Qualifications

• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively
• Experience with project management software

Pay

Compensation is commensurate with experience and qualifications.

Schedule

Full-time positions are typically Monday through Friday, with some weekend work required for certain projects.
