About the role

This position is part of the Drywall department team. The Drywall Finisher will mud, tape, and patch drywall on the interior of homes, completing 4–6 floors per day. The role requires an eye for detail to make the interior of the house beautiful for our customers. This team member will also have other duties assigned (per the task stacker) to help their internal and external departments.

Responsibilities

• Mud, tape, and patch drywall on the interior of homes (4–6 floors per day)
• Stand, bend, and reach overhead throughout the shift
• Lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs on a continuous basis
• Assist internal and external departments as assigned

Requirements

• Prior drywall experience in a recent role preferred
• Ability to stand, bend, and reach overhead for the entirety of the shift
• Ability to lift, push, or pull 50+ lbs continuously

Pay

This is a level ALPHA role at $24.00 per hour. External candidates start at $23.00 per hour and move to ALPHA level pay over the first 30 days if successful during the introductory period.
