We are seeking drywall finishers who will repair and reconstruct properties to their pre-loss condition.

Responsibilities

• Hang drywall, perform patchwork and repairs
• Tape and fire-tape drywall seams
• Match textures (highly desirable skill)
• Prime and paint surfaces, perform touch-up work
• Complete tasks efficiently across various job sites throughout the day
• Maintain strong focus on worksite cleanliness
• Use portable devices to report and record daily activity, document jobs, and take photos via mobile app
• Work with team members to ensure project sites, installations, and resources meet quality standards and cleanliness
• Communicate excellently with customers and team to ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Two or more years of experience as a drywall finisher
• Proficiency in drywall hanging, patchwork, repairs, taping, fire taping, texture matching, priming, painting, and touch-up
• Ability to meet the physical demands of the position
• Professional appearance, punctual and reliable
• Excellent communication skills with customers and team
• Willingness to work full-time long-term with overtime as needed
• Proficiency with portable devices for reporting and documentation

Pay

$20.00 – $24.00 per hour to start, with rapid pay increases based on demonstrated skill and motivation.

Schedule

Full-time, long-term employment; overtime as needed.
