Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Create an exceptional shopping experience by addressing customer needs, resolving issues, and maintaining high service standards.
• Sales & Performance: Drive store sales and profitability through effective merchandise management, promotional strategies, and achieving sales targets.
• Operational Excellence: Participate in daily operations, including inventory management, visual merchandising, shipment workflow, order fulfillment, and store maintenance. Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and health & safety regulations.
• Team Collaboration: Work collaboratively with team members to achieve store sales and operational goals while adhering to store policies and safety regulations.
• Additional duties and projects as required.

Requirements

• Proven experience in retail or a similar role, with a track record of achieving sales targets (preferred).
• Passion for delivering outstanding customer service and creating memorable shopping experiences.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Positive attitude, reliability, and a strong work ethic.
• Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays, based on business needs.
• Basic math skills and familiarity with POS systems.
• Consistent weekly availability, including mornings, days, and nights.
• Clear spoken English and proficiency in reading, writing, and basic math to handle business tasks and sales reports.
• Must be at least 18 years or older (16+ in select states: AL, AZ, AR, CO, FL, GA, ID, IN, KS, KY, MD, ME, MN, MO, NC, NV, NH, NM, OH, OK, RI, SC, TN, TX, VA, WI, WY).

Physical Demands

• Prolonged standing (4–14 hours per day).
• Stooping, kneeling, reaching, and pulling to stock or retrieve merchandise.
• Climbing ladders or stairs to stock or acquire merchandise.
• Regularly lifting items weighing 5–25 lbs (occasionally heavier).
• Good vision, including color differentiation.
• Work environment is a moderately noisy retail setting.
