What You Will Do
- Perform quality checks on finished materials during production
- Pack completed bags and pouches into shipping boxes
- Assemble boxes for finished product packaging
- Apply informational and identification labels to boxes for shipment
- Move finished materials to the packing area
- Auxiliary in packing as needed
- Fill hot melt units when required
- Assist operators and production team members as needed
- Perform basic QC testing on materials
- Troubleshoot minor production or packaging issues when possible
- Remove trash and maintain a clean, organized work area
- Follow plant safety procedures
- Report safety concerns, accidents, or equipment issues to supervisors
- Support food safety and quality standards by reporting any concerns immediately
What We Are Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Basic computer skills
- Ability to work in a team-oriented production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
- Ability to follow safety procedures and production instructions
- Mechanical aptitude and willingness to assist in equipment changeovers
Physical Requirements
- Repetitive standing, walking, bending, squatting, and stooping
- Ability to lift materials weighing 50 pounds or more
- Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
