Responsibilities
- Orchestrate food and beverage service for assigned stations and bar guests.
- Present menus, take orders, and offer personalized recommendations based on guest preferences.
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, including wine, beer, and craft cocktails.
- Maintain a deep knowledge and passion for food, wine, spirits, and service standards.
- Monitor and restock bar inventory and supplies throughout service.
- Execute restaurant vision and policies with consistency and professionalism.
- Handle guest complaints or special requests with tact and efficiency.
- Enforce health, safety, and alcohol regulations and best practices.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar and service areas.
- Process guest payments and balance receipts accurately at the end of shift.
Requirements
- At least 4 years' experience in bar and fine dining restaurant settings, preferred.
- Creative, team-oriented, and self-motivated personality.
- Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
- Able to follow oral and written instructions.
- Ability to multi-task, manage time effectively, and thrive in a high-volume, fast-paced environment.
- Exceptional attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high service standards.
- Ability to improvise and make decisions during service while adhering to protocol.
- Moderate physical effort required: standing, carrying, bending, stretching, stooping, pulling and pushing, lifting up to 50 pounds.
- Comfortable working in environments with noise, heat, humidity, and kitchen/bar elements.

- Frequently stand and walk.
- Close vision, distance vision, color vision, and focus required.
