- Provide memorable guest experiences through extensive menu knowledge of food and beverages
- Follow proper service steps, maintain cleanliness and organization
- Greet guests warmly and practice safety and sanitation procedures
- Handle transactions accurately following company policies
Qualifications
- At least 1 year of experience in upscale casual or fast-paced restaurants
- Polished appearance, professional communication, confident demeanor
- Ability to multitask, stand long hours, lift up to 25 lbs., and work in confined spaces
- Hospitality-driven, motivated, charismatic, team-oriented, and able to thrive in a high-volume environment
- Food handler's card and TABC certification as required by local/state laws
- Availability for high-volume shifts including holidays and weekends
