About the role

Provide exceptional service and hospitality in an upscale dining venue. Apply a high level of service recovery and attention to detail throughout the dining experience. Creates an enjoyable and safe dining experience for residents and guests in accordance with Lenbrook dining and current applicable federal, state, and local regulatory guidelines and standards.

• Create an enjoyable and safe dining experience for residents and guests.
• Demonstrate superior service techniques and style.
• Set the tone for servers, and act as a role model for our team.
• Able to anticipate the needs and desires of residents and guests.
• Commit to team service and supporting all associates.
• Able to effectively communicate specials, allergies, and descriptions of menu items.
• Able to effectively present menu items and selections.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to demonstrate a high level of sensitivity and interest in people, especially older adults.
• Able to have patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.

Qualifications

• A minimum of 3 years’ front-of-the- house experience.
• Very detail oriented.
• Able to effectively present menu items and selections.
• Able to have a polished appearance and mannerisms.
• Able to be organized while multi-tasking.
• Able to read, write, speak, and understand English.
• Able to demonstrate exceptional communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to have patience, tact, and a cheerful disposition.
