Fine Dining Server

Essential Functions/Major Responsibilities

• Serves alcoholic beverages to guests
• Sets and resets tables and keeps surrounding area clean and presentable, including cleaning menus, replenishing salt and pepper and other table items
• Provides guest services at banquet functions
• Sets tables, serves food and beverages to banquet guests, cleans tables and surrounding areas and assists Food and Beverage staff as needed
• Responsible for insuring the resort’s breakfast room is well stocked with food items based on the hotel occupancy level

Qualifications

• Education and/or Experience: High School Diploma or GED. Some food preparation training helpful. One year of food handling experience necessary. Food handlers card required (and the ability to obtain a WA State Alcohol Servers Permit)
