Fine Dining Bartender

In this full-time role, you will be a central part of our clubhouse dining experience — curating memorable moments at the bar and throughout the dining room for our valued members and their guests. What You'll Do

• Deliver anticipatory, personalized beverage service — knowing members' preferences before they ask
• Craft classic and contemporary cocktails with precision, consistency, and artistry
• Maintain expert knowledge of our wine, spirits, and craft cocktail programs
• Engage members in genuine, warm conversation while maintaining the highest level of professionalism
• Collaborate closely with the culinary and service team to ensure seamless dining experiences
• Aid in curating seasonal cocktail menus and beverage program development
• Act as a knowledgeable ambassador for Grasslands Club hospitality standards
• Manage side work, such as bar set-up, and close, inventory and more

What We're Looking For

• Bartending experience in a fine dining, private club, or upscale hospitality setting
• A genuine passion for hospitality and a member-first mindset
• Strong knowledge of spirits, wine, beer, and classic cocktail preparation
• Poloarized communication and professional presence
• Ability to anticipate needs, read the room, and adapt service style to each guest
• Team-oriented with a collaborative, positive attitude

Tennessee Server Permit / ABC Certification (or ability to obtain prior to start)
