The Bartender position at Blue Ridge Grill is a full-time role consisting of Lunch and Dinner shifts. It is a perfect opportunity for career-minded professional bartenders.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service and hospitality
• Handle cash transactions and manage bar inventory
• Assist with food preparation and serving
• Ensure cleanliness and organization of the bar area
• Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure smooth service flow

Requirements

• Two years' experience in an upscale restaurant
• Positive attitude and genuine interest in food and wine
• Professional demeanor and ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Valid driver’s license
• Ability to lift up to 25 pounds

Skills

• Knowledge of mixed drinks and cocktail recipes
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and organizational abilities
