About the role
Offer professional, courteous, and efficient support to clients, vendors, and employees while assisting with client account management and service delivery for a premier warehousing and logistics organization in Brooklyn, NY.
Responsibilities
- Manage small projects from quote to billing and support larger projects as needed
- Coordinate small-parcel interstate FedEx shipments and support packing operations
- Support Account Managers with client files, purchase orders, documentation, and invoicing
- Collaborate with Operations, Dispatch, and Packing teams to meet client expectations
- Provide professional communication and administrative support
- Support senior leadership with administrative and operational needs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with company and safety policies
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Art, or a related field preferred
- Experience in logistics, fine art, or interior design environments
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with warehouse or logistics software (Moveware/Studio) preferred (training provided)
- 3–5 years of logistics, warehousing, art handling, or packing experience preferred
