Financial Systems Manager

About the role

For our client, we are seeking a Financial Systems Manager to join the team of a leader in the Information Technology space. This role will own key financial systems processes and help ensure the finance function has reliable tools, clean data, and efficient workflows. The position is focused on administering ERP and integration environments, supporting finance operations, and improving how systems connect across the organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with technology, finance, and external implementation partners to deliver process improvements and support AI-enabled automation initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Administer and configure NetSuite, including workflows and governance
• Build and maintain relationships with technology vendors to support successful project delivery
• Oversee middleware integrations to ensure accurate data flows
• Lead system implementation projects for finance operations initiatives
• Monitor data quality and resolve integration issues
• Design AI-enabled workflows to improve process efficiency
• Partner across departments to improve finance business processes

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in financial systems or finance operations roles
• Hands-on NetSuite ERP administration experience
• Strong understanding of system integrations and data flows
• Experience with integration tools like Workato
• Proven track record implementing AI-enabled solutions
• Advanced Excel skills and strong analytical capabilities
