Kforce has a client in Chicago, IL that is seeking a hands-on Business Analyst to support a growing financial systems and ERP environment.
Responsibilities
- Gather, document, and structure business and functional requirements across finance and ERP initiatives
- Break down work into clear deliverables, timelines, and dependencies to support execution across multiple projects
- Partner with stakeholders across finance, IT, and delivery teams to ensure alignment and progress
- Support Workday Financials-related efforts (enhancements, reporting, integrations)
- Help bring structure and organization to project delivery in a fast-paced, multi-project environment
- Proactively identify gaps, risks, and dependencies and drive solutions forward
Requirements
- 3-6+ years of Business Analyst experience within financial systems/ERP environments
- Strong experience in requirements gathering, documentation, and process breakdowns
- Experience supporting financial ERP platforms (Workday strongly preferred; other ERP exposure acceptable)
- Ability to manage work across multiple concurrent initiatives with minimal direction
- Strong communication and organizational skills - able to bring clarity to ambiguous situations
- Proven ability to operate as a self-starter and drive work forward without heavy oversight
Pay
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation the employer reasonably believes in good faith it would pay at posting for this role. Actual pay may be more or less than this range and is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract, and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
