Financial Systems & Automation Supervisor

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate the planning, testing, and implementation of system modifications, identifying opportunities for enhancements and improvements
• Act as a liaison between Accounting, IT, and other impacted departments to resolve system issues and drive solutions
• Collaborate with technical teams to ensure data is accurately extracted, processed, and delivered to end users
• Support and train accounting teams on system functionality and Power Platform tools
• Drive process standardization and automation initiatives across the G&P Revenue Accounting organization

Education & Experience

• Required: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field with a minimum of six (6) years of relevant experience
• PREFERRED: Ten (10) or more years of experience, including prior supervisory or leadership experience
• Supervises and coordinates system testing and enhancements, recommending improvements to optimize financial processes.
• Acts as a liaison between Accounting, IT, and other departments to resolve system issues, ensure accurate data flow, and support timely financial closes.
• Provides training and support to end-users, ensuring data is properly extracted, processed, and reported across systems.
