Financial Systems Analyst / Developer

Job Summary

The role is responsible for system administration, day-to-day operational support, and ongoing maintenance across several core platforms, including OneStream, Concur, Great Plains, Finario, and Enablon. This position offers a unique opportunity to work at the intersection of Accounting and IT, partnering with stakeholders at all levels of the organization and gaining broad exposure to enterprise financial systems, automation, and process improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Required Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Accounting, or a related field
• Minimum of one year of relevant experience supporting financial systems and applications or experience in accounting or audit
• Understanding of, or exposure to, accounting and financial reporting principles
• Working knowledge of programming and scripting concepts (e.g., Python, SQL, C#, VB.NET, or similar)
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to quickly learn new systems, tools, and technologies in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills with the ability to collaborate across Accounting, Finance, and IT teams
• Ability to work on-site five days per week at the corporate office in Fort Wayne, Indiana
