Financial Support Sidekick

About the role

ARS supports thousands of insurance agencies nationwide with exceptional remote professionals who help agencies serve their clients well and operate smoothly. We are currently hiring Fully Remote Financial Support Sidekicks.

Responsibilities

• Manage life and health insurance applications from submission through issuance
• Prepare illustrations and proposals prior to client appointments
• Send text and email reminders for interviews, medical exams, and scheduled appointments
• Maintain accurate documentation within agency systems and CRM platforms
• Support financial professionals by ensuring applications and service work move forward efficiently

Requirements

• Minimum of 12 months of experience working inside an insurance or financial services agency
• At least 1 year of experience supporting life and health insurance sales or service work
• At least 1 year of experience supporting financial product sales or service work
• Active Series 6 and 63 license required
• Active resident Life and Health license, or willingness to obtain your resident state license

Skills

• Highly organized and able to manage the needs of multiple advisors or agencies
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Proficient with computers and modern business tools
• Salesforce or CRM experience is a strong plus
