Guerra Wealth Advisors is a boutique firm dedicated to holistic wealth management, serving clients in South Florida and nationwide for over 40 years. This role bridges prospects and financial advisors, focusing on appointment setting and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Call prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors.
- Qualify leads by gathering financial data and assessing prospect needs.
- Consistently follow up to maintain engagement and maximize conversion.
- Track progress, including calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept.
- Represent Guerra professionally during seminars, workshops, and outreach.
- Keep CRM records up to date with prospect interactions and notes.
- Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills.
Requirements
- 1+ years of experience in a sales or closing role (appointment setting and/or phone sales preferred).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish required (verbal and written).
- Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes.
- Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude.
What We Are Expecting
This role is expected to schedule high-quality appointments for financial advisors, contribute to business growth through sales performance, and collaborate effectively with advisory and administrative teams.
Schedule
Full-time, role based in Miami, FL. Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support.
Compensation
$60,000–$90,000 Annually All-In (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
