About the role
Guerra Wealth Advisors is a boutique firm dedicated to holistic wealth management, providing personalized services to clients in South Florida and nationwide. We are seeking a Financial Specialist to join our Inside Sales team, focusing on appointment setting and relationship building.
Responsibilities
- Call prospects and schedule appointments for financial advisors
- Qualify leads by gathering financial data and assessing prospect needs
- Follow up to maintain engagement and maximize conversion
- Track progress, including calls made, appointments set, and appointments kept
- Represent Guerra professionally during seminars, workshops, and outreach
- Keep CRM records up to date with prospect interactions and notes
- Pursue ongoing education to enhance financial knowledge and sales skills
- Aid in administrative tasks and team projects as needed
Requirements
- 1-3 years of sales or client-facing experience
- Bilingual in English and Spanish (verbal and written)
- Relevant certifications/licenses (SIE, 2-15, 2-14) are a plus
- Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and trust
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and eager to grow professionally
- Tech-savvy with the ability to quickly learn new systems and processes
- Team-player mindset with a professional, service-focused attitude

Schedule
Full-time, role based in Miami, FL. Must be able to work in-office. Standard weekday hours with flexibility for prospect calls and advisor support.
Compensation
- $60,000–$90,000 Annually All-In (Base Salary + Uncapped Commission + Bonuses)
