Responsibilities

• Obtain Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through dedicated, personalized classes.
• After licensing, learn foundational advisor skills: acquiring, building, and managing client relationships; considering a client’s complex financial picture; guiding with advice and solutions; humanizing financial interactions.
• Upon reaching key milestones, work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client‑care approach.
• Receive equipment and support needed to progress through development stages.
• After success as a licensed Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I, typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II to practice skills by growing and deepening relationships within a client portfolio.
• As a successful Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, have the opportunity to advance into many roles within Bank of America and Merrill.

• Comply with SAFE Act registration requirements: register, submit to required background check, and maintain good standing; failure may result in immediate termination.
• Receive world‑class training and onboarding, including one‑on‑one coaching from Academy managers.
• Grow business knowledge using a defined consultative approach to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
• Earn SIE, Series
