About the role
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.
Responsibilities
- Obtain your Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7 and Series 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time.
- SIE within 30 days of being hired, and Series 7 & 66 within 120 days - a requirement for the role.
- Build and manage client relationships, consider a client's complex financial picture, and guide them with advice and solutions.
- Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and client care.
- Earn the necessary certifications to progress to the next role, Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill.
- Provide end-to-end comprehensive advice, deliver client reviews/presentations with confidence, and recommend strategies to help clients achieve their financial goals and life priorities.
- Work in a hybrid model, starting at a financial center and potentially transitioning to a phone-based capacity until a suitable financial center location is determined.

- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses.
- Self-discipline in managing time and capacity.
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions.
- Ability to create strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
- Results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment.
- Ability to execute multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Learns and adapts to new technology or applications.
Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE).
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience.

Pay
The pay for this role is competitive and commensurate with experience.
Schedule
Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays.
