Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - South Phoenix Area
About the role
At Bank of America, you’ll build a successful career through world-class training and on-boarding programs that set you up for success. As a Financial Solutions Advisor Stage I (FSA I), your journey begins with obtaining your Securities Industry licenses, including dedicated and personalized classes for your Securities Industry Essentials (SIE), Series 7, and Series 66 Exams. Once licensed, you’ll be taught the foundational skills needed to be an advisor—from acquiring, building, and managing client relationships to considering a client’s complex financial picture and guiding them with advice and solutions.
After reaching key milestones, you’ll work in a financial center delivering Bank of America’s core banking, investment solutions, and client care. The Academy will support you with dedicated programs, tools, and resources throughout your career. Upon demonstrating success as a licensed FSA I, you’ll typically progress to Financial Solutions Advisor Stage II, deepening relationships within a portfolio of clients. Successful FSA IIs have opportunities to advance within Bank of America and Merrill.
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. You’ll be required to register with the federal registry system and submit to a background check. Failure to maintain SAFE Act registration may result in immediate termination.
