Financial Solutions Advisor - Registration Candidate - North Phoenix Area
About the role
This position is subject to SAFE Act registration requirements. Pursuant to the SAFE Act requirements, all employees engaged in residential loan mortgage originations must register with the federal registry system and remain in good standing. Since your position requires SAFE Act registration, you will be required to register and to submit to the required SAFE Act background check and registration process. Failure to obtain and/or maintain SAFE Act registration may result in your immediate termination.
Responsibilities
- Obtain your Securities Industry licenses (SIE, Series 7, Series 66) through structured lessons and dedicated study time.
- SIE within 30 days of being hired
- Series 7 & 66 within 120 days
- Build and manage client relationships, consider a client's complex financial picture, and guide them with advice and solutions to help them live their best financial lives.
- Work in a financial center to deliver Bank of America's core banking, investment solutions, and approach to client care.
- Grow your business knowledge by using a defined consultative approach with clients to systematically identify client needs and appropriate solutions.
- Collaborate with core banking and investment partners to connect clients to the solutions provided by Bank of America and Merrill to meet virtually all their financial needs.
Requirements
- Aptitude in obtaining required industry licenses
- Self-disciplined in managing time and capacity
- Experience in cultivating client relationships, accessing needs, and recommending solutions
- Creating strong peer relationships through effective communication and collaboration
- Results-driven mindset while prioritizing client's interest in a complex, fast-paced environment

Qualifications
- Currently holds FINRA Securities Industry Essentials (SIE)
- Bachelor’s degree and/or a minimum of one year of financial services industry or sales experience
- Mandarin or Spanish speaking preferred

Pay
The pay range for this position is $50,000 to $90,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
Schedule
Monday – Fridays and rotating Saturdays. This position is open for the entire market and the specific Financial Center location will be based on business needs. If you are offered a position, you will train at one financial center, and then potentially begin your role in a phone-based capacity until another financial center location has been determined to move to that is within a reasonable commuting distance of your home to the extent permitted by applicable law.
